  • In order to make your life easier, you can give our Attorney a Legal Power Of Attorney by means of a Notarial Deed. This Power Of Attorney will enable the latter to legally verify the entire transaction, to verify the absence of previous charges or debts affecting the property, and to
    represent you at the Notary responsible for the Transfer Of Title Deeds and their Registration in the Official Registers.. This Power Of Attorney also allows the Attorney to complete the acquisition process on your behalf, without you having to be physically present at every formality.
  • After signing, the Lawyer will register the property in the Land Register and Register the Deed. You will then receive your Title Deed.
  • After the property purchase , we can take care of the organisation of the necessary permanent orders (House Insurance, Water Bills, Electricity, Community Fees) and ensure a tax representation (for the payment of property tax fees).
