1. During an initial phone interview, we will present a sample of our properties and identify your search criteria, in order to get ready for site visits. We then book flights and hotels for you.
2. During the personalised ZEN exploratory trip, you will visit properties that have been selected based on your preferences for two days with us, including sites undergoing renovations and finished properties. We carry out debriefings in our 300 m2 facility and adapt the visits until we find the place for you !
3. Once the property has been reserved, we help you with all the administrative processes via our on-site consultants and our notary for complete legal compliance, until you receive your title deed. We translate the documents and help you to open a bank account and obtain a tax code (foreigners’ ID no).
4. The company’s salaried staff carry out your renovations without any subcontracting and carefully monitor your site.
5. We also visit furniture shops and manage the installation and assembly for you. We organise the final cleaning of your property and, finally, give you the keys, the culmination of your efforts and our work !
6. You benefit from official market prices and complete transparency.
