STEP 1 :
Meeting about your vision for your trullo / 1 MONTH
Several meetings allow us to assess what you want and what you need before starting to renovate your trullo.
We cover the following topics: the type of stone for your cones, the heating system, installing electricity and home automation for remote management, the camera system for monitoring when you are far away, and the type of flooring and wall coverings.
STEP 2 :
Permit / 3–6 MONTHS (depending on the permit and the municipality)
Filing your renovations permit via our architect
STEP 3 :
Structural work / 2–4 MONTHS (depending on the difficulty, the size of the project and your requirements)
Structural work begins after the permit has been granted.
We always start by renovating cones and the stone (inside and outside)
After this stage, we invite you to visit the site to assess and view the work that has been carried out.
STEP 4 :
Finishing touches / 2–6 MONTHS
The finishing touches are key to the success of your investment.
This is the real signature of your future trullo.
We value the smallest details, which can make your project a success on the rental market.
STEP 5 :
Acceptance of the works
We invite you to the site to hand over the keys to your trullo.
