1. During our initial meeting we will identify your search criteria to prepare for site visits. We will then book the flights and hotel for you.
2. During your stay we will spend 2 days , visiting the properties selected on the basis of your criteria !
3. Once the property you have chosen is reserved, we assist you in all the administrative
   procedures with our various advisers and your Notary. This gives you 100% legal certainty over the property until you finally receive your title deed.
4. We translate any documents required and we assist you to open a Bank account and obtain the Foreigners Identification Number (Tax Code). This tax identification number is required for any transaction in ITALY.
5. We fully coordinate your renovation, select the companies to be used to undertake any works, with a fully proactive management service at your property and we can also supply furniture for your property and manage the delivery, installation and any assembly for you. We arrange the final cleaning of your property and lastly give you the keys, which is the final culmination of your efforts and our work!
